Concepts and identity of countries
"Seller" - Human Performance, UAB (www.humanperformance.lt). “Buyer” – an active natural person or legal entity placing an order in our e-shop. “Parties” – the Buyer and the Seller together. “Privacy Policy” and “Return Rules” – separate documents regulating the processing of personal data and the return of goods.

Application of the rules
By placing an order (with or without an account), the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to these rules, the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy. The rules may be updated, and the latest version is always posted on the website. Please check for updates before purchasing.

Purchase process and payments
An order is considered to have been placed when a shopping cart is created, a payment method is selected and the order is confirmed. We store orders in the system. Possible payment methods: electronic banking, PayPal, and if provided – cash or card upon collection/delivery. Upon receipt of payment, the order is confirmed and execution begins. We submit invoices electronically. The price of a confirmed order does not change, except for obvious technical errors; in this case, it is allowed to cancel the order and get a refund.

Buyer's rights and obligations
The Buyer has the right to purchase goods, cancel the order in accordance with the procedure established by law and these Rules, return or exchange the goods in accordance with the Return Rules. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data, pay for the goods and delivery, receive the goods at the specified address and comply with the terms and conditions published on the website.

Rights and obligations of the seller
The Seller may change the website functions, temporarily suspend or terminate individual services (without affecting the execution of already confirmed orders). In case of unsafe or abusive use, the Seller may restrict access or delete the account. The Seller provides clear information about the goods, respects the Buyer's privacy, processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and resolves inquiries within a reasonable time.

Shipping
Possible delivery methods (courier, parcel machines, etc.) are specified at the time of ordering. The buyer must provide accurate contact information and delivery address, accept the goods themselves or ensure that they will be accepted by an authorized person. The delivery price and terms are specified at the time of ordering; they may change due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., courier work, force majeure). Upon receipt of the shipment, we recommend that you visually inspect the packaging together with the courier; record any damage in the transfer document or act. The risk of accidental damage to the goods passes to the buyer from the moment of transfer.

Product features, quality and warranty
The properties of the goods are provided in their descriptions. There may be slight differences in color or shape due to screen settings. Some goods are covered by a manufacturer's or seller's warranty - the term and conditions are specified in the description or documents. If the law provides for a shelf life, we provide the goods in such a way that they can be used until the end of the term.

Right of withdrawal and refunds
You have the right within 14 days from the date of delivery to refuse the purchase without reason, provided that the item has not been used and is in the original packaging (see return policy). There is exceptions (e.g. personalised goods, perishable goods, hygiene products after opening the package, digital content, etc.). If you received incorrect or poor quality product, please contact us - we will offer a repair, exchange, price reduction or refund, as applicable.
– Returning due to change of mind, return shipping costs usually borne by the buyer; initial shipping costs may not be refundable.
– When returning due to our error or defect, shipping costs we cover it.
– Funds are returned within 14 days upon return of the goods or proof of sending. We will refund the money to the Buyer's bank account, unless otherwise agreed.

Sets, gifts and packaging
When returning a set of goods, all parts of the set and any gifts received with the order must be returned. The goods must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

Communication and contacts
For order, invoice and message communication, we use the e-mail and/or telephone number provided by the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for correct contact details. For questions: info@humanperformance.lt.

Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with European Union consumer protection principles and the mandatory legal acts of the Seller's country of residence. If the mandatory consumer laws in your country provide for more favorable conditions, they shall apply in priority. We shall first resolve disputes through negotiations; if that fails, in accordance with applicable law and competent authorities.

Updates
The Terms may be updated; the most current version is always posted on the website. We recommend that you review them periodically.
