Use
➠ Take 30 minutes before meals. Drink enough water.
Recommended course of use:
- Week 1 - Start with 1 capsule per day.
- Week 2 - Take 1 capsule 2 times a day.
- Week 3 - Take 1 capsule 2-3 times a day.
If necessary, you can take up to 6 capsules per day. The most recommended is 2-3 capsules per day.
Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Do not take capsules with hot drinks.
