Vartojimas
1 samtelį (20g) sumaišykite su 250ml-300ml šalto vandens ir suvartokite. Rekomenduojama vartoti 30 minučių iki treniruotės. Norėdami išvengti nemigos, nevartokite likus 4 valandoms iki miego.
