NAD+ RESEARCH | DONOTAGE.ORG
Do you want your NAD+, Zinc, Selenium, Magnesium levels in your blood? It's very simple. Order a Test Kit. You will need to take a blood sample yourself. If you are afraid of pain, don't worry, it is not a painful and quite simple procedure.
As soon as you receive the NAD+ Test Kit, you will need to scan the QR code inside to register your NAD+ test kit. This is necessary so that there are no errors in getting your answers.
Why might you be interested in this test?
With the help of the test, you can determine how young you are at the moment and thus better understand your body. Therefore, take some measures to raise NAD+ levels. Exercise, fasting, proper nutrition, good sleep, and various supplements help raise NAD+ levels. One of the most popular supplements in the world right now Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, NR, spermidine, Resveratrol and others..
You will be able to see your NAD+ level after taking the test. This would be your starting point. You could have another test in a few months to see if your supplements, lifestyle changes are affecting NAD+.
NAD+ or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide
It is one of the most important and interesting molecules (coenzyme) in our body. This molecule is responsible for more than 500 different enzymatic reactions in our body and regulates almost all the most important biological processes, among them probably longevity.
Although the NAD molecule was discovered as early as 1906, it has been most intensively studied in the last decade. NAD is synthesized in the body either from the amino acid L-tryptophan (via the kynurenine biological pathway) or from nicotinic acid (via the Preiss-Handler biological pathway). NAM (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is formed in the liver from L-tryptophan/nicotinic acid. NAM enters the blood, where it turns into the super molecule NAD, which is already doing its great work.
So what are the most important jobs that NAD molecule does anyway, and how does it relate to the "status" of youth?
In particular, the level of NAD in the blood correlates with the body's metabolic rate. In a study on mice, their NAD levels were artificially reduced. It was observed that when the level of NAD decreased, the mice started to become obese. Similarly, restoring the NAD concentration in the blood, the mice regained their weight.
A number of scientific studies have shown that NAD is very important in the function of immune cells, macrophages. NAD has an inherent neuroprotective and cardioprotective function. In other words, NAD protects brain cells from oxidative stress and other damaging effects.
A dramatic decrease in NAD levels has been observed in people with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Also, as I mentioned, it is believed that NAD protects the heart, kidney and liver from negative effects, reduces insulin sensitivity, oxidizes fatty acids, contributes to circadian rhythm regulation, and restores damaged DNA.
However, the most important and interesting function of NAD is to stop the aging of the body and renew cells. More than 13 different research groups have observed a clear decrease in NAD concentration as humans age. Very interesting studies were conducted with model organisms (mice, flies, yeast). In each case, the amount of NAD was artificially increased and the lifespan was observed. To everyone's surprise, the natural lifespan of mice increased from 5 to 17 percent, flies from 9 to 30 percent, and yeast from 10 to 70 percent.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to do such experiments on humans, but one large-scale study found how NAD levels change with age. NAD levels were found to be 8,54 ng NAD/mg protein in newborns, as low as 30 in young adults (ages 50-2,74), 51 in older adults (ages 70-1,08), and for seniors (71+) – only 1,06.
Scientists have derived a simplified formula from complex calculations that can calculate the time until death.
So, knowing your age group, you can measure your NAD concentration and see how young your body is and how ready it is to renew and regenerate. Let's say you're 41 years old and your NAD level is 2,85, so that's fine - your body's parameter of youth is not bad. But if you are 41 years old and your NAD is 2,11 or less, you should think about it and maybe change something in your lifestyle.

Thank you very much for organizing it so promptly and professionally. It was very fun to see my results and better than mine. So I'm going in the right direction. You are doing a great job and good luck to you. Another purchase is not the age test. 🙂

I have already received my first NAD+ test result. I'm a little disappointed that my NAD levels are lower than expected right now, but it's not that bad and hopefully correcting soon. Magnesium and Selenium levels were also measured. They are also shorter, although not very short. We always hope for better, but this was a slight kick in the ass to change even more.
I thought I was getting enough Magnesium, but it turns out I wasn't. I'll definitely do another test in a few months. So after the results I'll increase the NMNO dose, maybe mix NMNU with NR. I bought some extra Magnesium (Magnesium B6 Iconfit), Selenium (Zinc & Selenium Iconfit) and the ZM-z supplement.Dedicated Nutrition” (Magnesium Aquamin, Zinc bisciglinate, Zylaria complex). This will increase my Magnesium intake, but what I liked/like the most is ZMZ, because it greatly improves sleep quality. And of course, various other supplements.
